Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Communications Coordinator
to develop and execute internal communication strategies and
engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal communication plans to convey key
messages and company updates
Create and edit content for various internal communication
channels, including newsletters and intranet articles
Manage and optimize internal communication channels and analyze
metrics to improve effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations,
or a related field or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in internal communications or a related
role
Experience managing intranet platforms and communication
channels
Proven ability to develop and execute effective communication
plans
Experience in planning and executing employee engagement
initiatives
