Job Description:

A company is looking for a Payroll Automation & Data Specialist to join their Payroll team and enhance payroll services through automation and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions for Payroll processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and ensure project success

Required Qualifications

Experience in payroll process analysis or automation
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and cloud computing platforms (AWS or GCP)
Expertise in full-stack engineering for delivering solutions
Python knowledge is a plus
Experience working remotely is considered a plus
