  • Assist managers with team member training and development plans
  • Assist in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgets and business volume
  • Research and develop new menus and control policies that elevate service standards for guests
  • Partner with the kitchen team to ensure guests are served the highest quality meals More about you
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • No college degree required
    • One year of related experience required
    • Basic math skills for cash and inventory duties
    • Excellent verbal, written, organizational and time-management skills Physical requirements
      • Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds
      • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time Shift details Day shift
