Position Overview:
Our Siemens Mobility Customer Service business seeks to hire a
Regulatory & Training Program Lead to develop an extensive training
program focusing on equipment familiarization, QMP, and various
facility equipment training. The Brightline project currently
consists of 10 Siemens Venture Trainsets. The goal for the
Regulatory & Training Program Lead is to ensure all employees are
appropriately trained on inspections and repairs and working
safely. These Trainsets operate daily from Orlando to Miami.
You will be a direct report to the Maintenance Manager and
responsible for developing and implementing a training program
based on CFR 243 and assure EHS compliance.

salary range for this position in Orlando, FL is $109,100 -
$147,200 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary.
The actual salary/wage offered may be lower or higher depending on
budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and
qualifications.
