Full Desk IT Staffing VMS Account Manager

As a Full Desk IT Staffing VMS Account Manager, you will take charge of expanding an established IT staffing account in Orlando, FL. Your primary focus will be sales-strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Once opportunities are secured, you'll partner with HTC's experienced recruiting team and play a hands-on role in delivering top talent to meet client needs.

What You Will Do:

Sales & Account Management Focus:

Act as the primary sales and account manager for an existing VMS-based IT staffing account, driving growth and expanding business.
Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with hiring managers, MSP partners, and key decision-makers within the client organization.
Proactively identify new staffing opportunities, upsell IT staffing solutions, and position HTC as a trusted staffing partner.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, including calls, contract negotiations, and strategic meetings.
Analyze client trends, hiring patterns, and industry insights to create customized staffing solutions and workforce strategies.
Track and report key account performance metrics to ensure continuous growth and client satisfaction.

Recruiting & Talent Delivery Focus:

Partner with HTC's recruiting team to fulfill client hiring needs efficiently and effectively.
Act as the lead recruiter for key roles, sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top IT candidates.
Collaborate with clients to refine job descriptions and define success metrics for each role.
Build a strong talent pipeline by engaging with candidates in traditional and innovative sourcing channels.
Provide expert guidance on hiring best practices, talent market trends, and candidate expectations.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while meeting and exceeding client hiring expectations.

What You'll Need:

Proven experience in IT staffing sales, business development, or account management within an MSP/VMS environment.
A hunter mindset with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
Recruiting experience in IT with the ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate IT talent.
Resilience, tenacity, and a results-driven attitude-you thrive on closing deals and filling positions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills.
