Officer and working remotely in the US, the Director, Demand
Generation, will execute the Go-to-market strategy directly to
potential companies, creating awareness and ultimately driving
inbound leads. The Director will also be proficient in
digital/social advertising, conversion rate optimization, marketing
automation, multi-channel marketing, and any other disciplines that
can be used to reach audiences and capture demand.What you'll be
doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation
strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including
digital, social, email, and content marketing.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to track and report on
campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing
efforts with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and
audience segments.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing
initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with
target audiences.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute high-impact
campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to
continuously improve marketing efforts.
- This role is pivotal in enhancing our market presence and
driving business growth by effectively reaching and engaging our
target audience.What you'll bring to the role
- Proven experience in demand generation and inbound
marketing.
- Expertise in digital/social advertising and marketing
automation tools.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and
multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-market
strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign
performance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working within B2B services organizations is a
plus.
- Partner channel marketing experience is a plus.$125,000 -
$150,000 a yearThis position is eligible to participate in an
annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate
may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education
