Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Manager for the Medicaid Quit
for Life Program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Medicaid Managed Care Organizations accounts as the primary
contact
Provide consultative services and facilitate contract changes to
meet client needs
Monitor key performance indicators and engage cross-functional
teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in client or account management
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Medicaid knowledge is a plus
Must live within the region of assigned State Clients for travel
needs
