expand into new and existing markets, we're seeking a Regional
Sales Manager to drive growth, develop high-performing sales teams,
and contribute directly to revenue generation.Role OverviewAs a
Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team
of up to 10-12 local independent agents. You'll play a pivotal role
in recruiting, mentoring, and coaching these agents, while also
generating your own sales to drive business growth. You will work
closely with a regional director and a centralized training team.
This position is ideal for a results-driven Medicare sales
professional passionate about leadership, coaching, and business
development.Requirements:Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Leadership &
Team ManagementOversee and manage local Medicare sales operations
within your designated region.Recruit, mentor, and coach
independent field agents to maximize performance.Actively engage as
part of the team to drive sales and support growth.Develop and
implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.Conduct
regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and
identifying areas for improvement.Foster a culture of compliance,
collaboration, and excellence aligned with Connie Health's
standards.Work with agents to develop local business partnerships
to expand sales opportunities.Analyze market trends to identify
areas for growth, and supporting local business development
efforts.Who You AreLicensed & Certified - AHIP-certified with a
valid state life and health insurance license.Leader & Mentor -
Passionate about coaching and developing independent
agents.Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools
to support remote and in-person coaching.Entrepreneurial &
Independent - Experience working with independent agents, ideally
having been one yourself.Accomplished - 5 years of Medicare sales
experience, providing deep industry knowledge and
expertise.Growth-Oriented - Eager to advance in sales leadership
