Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Phone Sales Representative
to drive revenue growth by generating and contacting leads.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and connect with new and existing customers via multiple
channels to sell products and services
Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their
needs and showcase relevant products
Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for growing the
sales pipeline and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Proven success in a sales and/or call center environment,
preferably in a target-driven role
Comfort with technology and ability to assist non-tech-savvy
customers
Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to meet business
goals
Proactive attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
