For FINFROCK architects, there is no greater sense of accomplishment than to see the projects we design rise out of the ground, with a full understanding of the challenges of their constructability.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Architectural Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects within the Architecture department.Establish & maintain project design scheduleManage all meetings with the clientManage / participate in all project meetings during the construction phaseReview & monitor project design budgetsReview / manage Milestone schedule with the Project Architect to confirm schedule and commitment of the content of the documents.Collaborate on resolution of design issuesCoordinate with Construction Project ManagersCommunicate with A.H.J. as required during permit review processOversee coordination with:Civil engineers and landscape architects on site related itemsOutside architects that may be part of clients project team Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineers In-house structural and precast engineersInterface with the client regarding any client contracted consultantsAssist the precast manufacturing departmentManage the assessment of the required design staff over the life of the project.Be a Mentor for the less experienced staff.QualificationsYou have earned a Five Year Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program is preferred.Registered Architects in Florida preferred but not requiredYou have the ability to manage multiple projectsYou have experience in integration of structural & MEPFP systemsYou have a minimum of five years of experience managing and leading teams on either commercial or residential projectsYou must be able to communicate in both written and verbal formats of English at a professional business level.You are residing in Central Florida or are willing to relocate if not here already.Benefits401K Plan Typically we match 100% of Employee contributions up to 15% of your base salary so you can relax and retire one day.100% employer-paid health insurance for employee and contribution toward family coverageLife insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insuranceGenerous paid time off programAbout FINFROCKFINFROCK is Central Florida's #1 Design-Builder and a one-stop shop to get the building you want.With in-house architects, engineers, manufacturing, and construction professionals all working together under one roof, we lower project costs, accelerate schedules and greatly reduce a clients overall building risk.
