Seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our growing team in Viera, FL! Full Spectrum is expanding rapidly to bring services to the children in this area!

*--Reimbursement-*

*BCBA: $60-70 / hour + $5k sign-on bonus!*

*Qualifications*

- Master's degree in special education or related human services field

- BACB Certified

- Valid driver's license and current car insurance

- Medicaid provider a plus but not required

- Demonstrative behavior management, instructional, and communication skills

*Responsibilities:*

- Develop behavior and treatment plans for all clients within the ABA model

- Function in a supervisory capacity and provide oversight to all areas of programming including the training of Registered Behavior Techs

- Provide ongoing support and training to Registered Behavior Techs and families

- Provide consultation and support to management

- Maintain all data, paperwork, and notes in a timely fashion

- Within county travel to provide in home support to clients and families

- Remain up to date with the latest education in the field
