Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant
to manage client relationships and provide expert advice on
employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and develop solutions for client benefit
programs
Consult and advise clients on complex benefits issues
Act as a resource on health and welfare compliance issues for
internal staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BS or BA degree in business administration, communications,
marketing, or equivalent experience
5-7 years of related experience in insurance, client service, or
human resources
Life and Health Insurance License
Strong technical understanding of employee benefits and insurance
products
Significant experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
