Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative,
Priority Xfinity Communities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support for billing, repair, retention, and sales inquiries
to enhance customer experience
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and account inquiries
during customer interactions
Build consultative relationships with customers to understand and
resolve issues effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Some high school coursework is required
0-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as
necessary
Familiarity with technology and ability to use multiple tools and
systems
Adherence to company policies, quality guidelines, and established
procedures
