Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative technical sourcing strategies using
AI and automation
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build
effective hiring processes
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, and
offer negotiations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in technical recruiting in
high-growth tech companies or startups
Deep understanding of software development, cloud computing, and
technical domains
Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience using AI-driven recruitment tools and automation
platforms
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment
metrics
