A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner in Human
Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and review open job positions with hiring managers
Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the
recruitment process
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and maintain
candidate management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
A minimum of one (1) year of recruitment experience required
Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Workday software experience is a plus
