Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Underwriter, Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Support the underwriting team by collecting and verifying account
information, analyzing risk factors, and preparing
documentation
Make underwriting decisions within the established level of
authority
Establish and maintain client relationships while addressing
customer needs promptly
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of commercial underwriting experience,
preferably in the construction segment
Bachelor's degree is desired but not required
Ability to work independently and build strong client
relationships
Licensing and designations preferred but not required
Basic math skills for calculating premiums and applying
payments
