Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Employment Practices Liability Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements
Document claim activity and coach lower-level adjusters

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
Active adjusters' licenses as specified by the manager
Knowledge of industry standards and practices
Computer experience with claims and business software
