PM Project Governance
Job Overview:
The Vendor Governance Support Specialist will operate in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment, handling confidential data.
This role requires:
A strong ability to learn quickly
Relationship-building skills
A deep understanding of vendor management
Analytical thinking and reporting expertise
The ability to create artifacts from scratch and analyze data
Collaboration with multiple stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors
The specialist will be responsible for collecting, tracking, and
reporting key vendor governance activities, ensuring timely
completion of deliverables.
Key Deliverables:
Process Design & Compliance:
Develop processes for compliance activities (SSAE, SOC, ODC audits,
Tool certifications)
Maintain an artifact repository in SharePoint
Handle audits and certifications with 3rd-party POCs
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Design Power BI dashboards for leadership insights
Analyze, clean, and consolidate data using Excel, Power BI, and
Microsoft tools
Track asset delivery progress with structured reporting
Business Continuity & Access Management:
Create business continuity run books & toolkits for incident
management
Support high-volume user access requests in ServiceNow, optimizing
workflows
Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Management:
Use Agile tools like Jira and Miro to manage projects
Develop timelines, roadmaps, and Gantt charts for milestone
tracking
Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure deliverables meet
deadlines
Communication & Documentation:
Create outbound messaging strategies and editorial calendars
Document processes to establish governance best practices
Develop PowerPoint presentations and workflow diagrams
Basic Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, Macros), Power
BI, ServiceNow, Jira, and Visio
Ability to consolidate data from multiple sources (Excel, Python,
etc.)
Experience with ServiceNow workflows and catalog configurations
Project Management:
Strong PM skills with structured communication approaches
Agile methodology expertise (Scrum/Kanban boards, backlog
refinement, sprint planning)
Ability to drive projects forward despite stakeholder availability

Communication & Documentation:
Excellent email and PowerPoint communication skills
Process documentation and workflow diagramming experience
Strong ability to translate complex data into understandable
reports
Compliance & Audits:
Knowledge of SOX, SSAE Controls, and user access audits
Experience with regulatory compliance reporting and audits

Preferred Qualifications:
Agile experience, including running grooming, planning, stand-ups,
and backlog refinement
Familiarity with MyJira for roadmap and sprint visualization
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
