Employee Relations Specialist
Pay: $20/hour

Job Purpose: As Employee Relations Specialist at Aspire Health
Partners, your job purpose is to facilitate all issues relating to
employee relations by ensuring consistency in the interpretation
and application of policy and fair & equal treatment of staff.
Job Functions
Allegation, complaint, & incident investigationProviding guidance
to staff and managementComposing corrective actionsFacilitating
corrective action and termination meetings while ensuring fair and
consistent interpretationApplication of policy and treatment of
staff to achieve the best outcomesUnemployment
Claims/HearingsRewards & Recognition Programs/EventsEEO1 reporting
along with tracking/trending and reporting on all areas.Mostly
importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high
standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to all
company policies and procedures.
Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n)
Level II Background clearanceAcceptable Motor Vehicle Registration
driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting
guidelines set by Aspire's insurance companyBachelor's degree in
related field or HR Certification preferred with a minimum of 3
years of diverse, practical work experience in employee relations
required.
