This new division will spearhead the USTA mission to increase recreational player participation and retention, helping us achieve our aggressive growth goals. Building on our success in 2024, where we increased participation by 1.9 million players, we are striving to reach 35 million players by 2035. As USTA CEO & Executive Director Lew Sherr stated earlier this month, this ambitious goal requires collaboration across the organization. To support our 35x35 goals, we have made strategic adjustments to our national staff structure, including adding key positions, refining existing roles, and optimizing reporting structures.
