Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Candidate Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the preboarding process for all hires, ensuring requirements are met and documented
Provide timely updates and assistance to ensure a positive candidate experience
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems

Required Qualifications

Experience with customer service
Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or onboarding (preferred)
Experience in project management or continuous improvement (preferred)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated organizational skills
