Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist (Bilingual) to
connect eligible members with their programs and enhance overall
well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to eligible members for program
enrollment
Obtain member consent and schedule intake appointments
Educate members on program offerings and collaborate with the
Enrollment Manager to meet goals
Required Qualifications
2+ years of call center or high call volume experience required
Strong customer service skills required
Enrollment/Medical Sales experience preferred
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
