Job Description:
A company is looking for a Roadside Assistance Representative to
assist customers experiencing vehicle difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule truck and trailer breakdown services
Assist customers with breakdowns, manage service workflow, and
coordinate with technicians and vendors
Handle administrative tasks related to roadside assistance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Prior experience with roadside assistance programs is a bonus, but
not required
Must have a personal computer with Windows 10 or 11 operating
system
Broadband wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download
speed
Valid antivirus software installed and up to date
Must have a smartphone or tablet for program-related
authentication
