Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior Instructional Designer and Training Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Develop engaging training materials and coordinate training programs
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) operations and user support
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create effective instructional content

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in instructional design, training coordination, or LMS administration
Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
