Job Description:
A company is looking for a Spec, Cust Engmnt Omni (FT-TN,
Remote) contractor conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
Educate customers about products and services while maximizing
upsell opportunities
Maintain accurate customer data and participate in training and
process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or
contact centers
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
