Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter (Fixed-Term Contract).
Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with Hiring Managers to assist in job descriptions, recruiting strategies, and candidate closure
Understand business unit objectives to attract quality candidates
Develop creative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals and ensure a positive interview experience for applicants

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of in-house technical recruiting experience
Prior agency recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
Experience in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top technical talent
Data-driven mentality to shape recruiting strategy
