• Work on project tasks (Autopilot setup, configuration policy design, implementation and troubleshooting)
• Prepare Technical design and present to Architect design board and Experience delivery board
• Manage and propose Modern Workplace to drive efficiency, governance, and standardization of repeatable solutions
• Utilize configuration management to meet the goals of security and compliance
• Analyze and diagnose issues and apply appropriate fixes
• Prepare and present facts clearly and concisely in both written and oral form
• Evaluate and document processes and record keeping methods and contribute to process improvements
• Deployment/Assignment of managed application to AAD groups/Application
• Provide instant VIP support when issues occur to help resolve
• Perform routine maintenance checks on required services
• Maintain and operate any devices which are used for Microsoft 365 services
• Perform firmware/software upgrades as necessary
• Raise a case with Microsoft and help to resolve issues and RCAs
• ServiceNow Management (Incident/Request and changes)
• Perform yearly preventative maintenance checks to help maintain stable systems
• Test newly released services by Microsoft and ensure it's deployed within the organization without any impactThe ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience 10+ years on Microsoft 365 Technical Architect (Intune, Endpoint Manager, Entra)
  • Experience in operational (break/fix) support of M365 Technology
  • Experience in filling out documentation and reports
  • Experience on Jira, Confluence, Miro, Whiteboard Tools
