Perform routine accounting and office/clerical duties such as
filing, coding, typing and mailing. Administer and coordinate
administrative functions in the payroll office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain confidentiality of payroll and HR records.
Assist payroll team in all administrative functions.
Accurately track and process documents.
Order and maintain payroll office supplies and forms.
Open and distribute mail.
Manage filing and required payroll record keeping.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED required.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
One (1) year experience in payroll clerk or administrative role
preferred.
Prior experience with payroll or HR systems is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and
Outlook).
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and theory.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems,
managing files, and records.
Knowledge of arithmetic and its applications.
Knowledge of laws and government regulations associated with
accounting practices.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational
skills.
Highly proficient organizational and time management skills.
Ability to balance multiple competing priorities under
deadlines.
Dependable, detail-oriented and adhere to strict
confidentiality.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team focused work
environment.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to
complete assignment or project.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a hybrid setting. Employee will work remotely
and, in an office setting in Orlando, FL. Employee will be exposed
to a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities,
and abilities.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
Pay starts at $17 an hour.
