Job Description: The Business Development District Manager position manages business development activities of the designated District/Territory by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate representatives. • Develops and implements strategic business development plans to accommodate corporate goals
• Directs referral target forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
• Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the district business development team
• Assists in assigning territory to Business Development Representatives
• Represents company at professional events to promote the services offered
• Delivers presentations to key referral sources in coordination with Business Development Representatives
• Meets with key referral sources, assisting Business Development Representatives with developing and maintaining long-term relationships
• Coordinates liaison between Business Development Representatives and Company Practice Managers
• Analyzes and controls expenditures of district to conform to budgetary requirements
• Prepares periodic performance report showing referral base expansion
• Monitors and evaluates the actives and services of the competition
• Actively engages with Salesforce CRM to monitor activity and performance of regional business development team
• Host morning meetings with all office staff members
• Assist with administrative tasks and other various roles throughout clinic
• Ensure Complete Care policies and procedures are followed by staff members
