We're Looking For:A responsible and dedicated lead coordinator to
handle reservation inquiries, providing accurate information on
availability and pricing and overseeing the booking process until
check in. The ideal candidate is professional, and
detailed-oriented where they can ensure a seamless experience for
clients and guests. If you're passionate about taking care of our

Do:
- Handle all aspects of group reservations, including processing
inquiries, confirming bookings, and managing changes or
cancellations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for group clients, providing
timely responses to inquiries and offering tailored solutions for
their accommodation and event needs.
- Collaborate with sales, conference management, and front desk
teams to ensure all aspects of group bookings (e.g., room
assignments, meeting spaces, catering) are properly arranged.
- Accurately input, update, and track group reservations in PMS,
ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
- Address special requests for room configurations, meeting
setups, and additional services, ensuring customer satisfaction and
seamless execution.
- Prepare and maintain reports on group booking activity.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive
experience.
- Building group specific web links in Passkey and ensuring it is
accurate and maintained.
- Other departmental administrative duties such as assigning
groups to coordinators, reporting, and supporting coordinators with
general inquiries and concerns.Your Experience Includes:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One plus year(s) experience in Group Reservations
preferred
- Excellent telephone, email, and guest service skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining
efficient operation
- Experience in OPERA and Passkey preferred
- Basic Computer and Microsoft Office skill knowledge
