*Clinic Director (PT) Requirements & Responsibilities:*
* Degree in Physical Therapy required (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate accepted)
* Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy license
* Experience in physical therapy setting including clinic, outpatient, private practice, or rehab center preferred
* Strong background in orthopedics, sports medicine, and workers' compensation cases
* Proven experience leading therapy teams to drive clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
* Ability to mentor and support therapists while maintaining accountability and fostering professional growth
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, therapists, and executive leadership
* Experience implementing best practices, quality initiatives, and performance improvement strategies
