You have a passion for working in different care settings and making a difference in lives.Job Purpose: As a Licensed Therapist at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the therapy sessions in an adult outpatient setting.Job Functions Facilitating group and individual therapy. Providing counseling and supporting to caseload of assigned clients. Meeting productivity requirements. Developing individual treatment plans. Performing assessments and assuming responsibility for recording maintenance, such as progress notes. Learning various agency and department computer programs. Providing supportive counseling and crisis intervention. Enhancing job performance through required agency training and education. Utilizing required technology to efficiently complete documents, scheduling, reviewing and signing clinical documentation and assessing and carrying out Baker Act/52 as necessary. Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.Position qualifications: Ability to receive and maintain a(n) Level II Background clearance Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration drivers license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1 Master's degree in counseling or social work Active Florida License as a LMHC or LCSWAll the benefits and perks you need for you and your family:We are committed to providing our employees with the support they need.
