Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Director of Operations to
lead and manage the national title operation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a title team across various facets of the value
chain
Manage quality control of the title pipeline and resource
planning
Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing coaching to team
members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college/university
A minimum of 10 years of experience in an operations capacity or
relevant experience
Experience in the closing process as a manager, director, or
owner
Experience working in a high-performance environment (banking,
consulting, startup)
Experience using back-office software is a plus
