Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training Evaluation Manager
responsible for evaluating clinical training programs and ensuring
fidelity to treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and iterate reports on fidelity to treatment
throughout the provider training lifecycle
Lead a team of fidelity raters and ensure high-quality fidelity
ratings that represent core intervention components
Collaborate with various teams to analyze data and implement
improvements based on fidelity evaluations
Required Qualifications
PhD/PsyD in psychology or a related field
4+ years of experience evaluating mental health training in
industry and/or academic settings
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities, with a willingness to
learn data manipulation in business intelligence tools
Proven ability to build effective relationships across an
organization
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic
environment
