Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Program Manager - Privacy
- System Wide.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Compliance team and stakeholders to implement
compliance program elements
Conduct risk assessments and develop the annual compliance workplan
for assigned areas
Investigate compliance incidents and provide corrective actions in
line with legal requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a
related field
Three to five years of experience in healthcare operations or
compliance activities
Knowledge of OIG and CMS rules and compliance guidance
Preferred certification: CHC
Ability to analyze compliance risks and communicate findings
effectively
