Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Community Management to
lead the strategy and execution of content programming for Creator
Communities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and implement a programming strategy that drives community
engagement and performance metrics
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and program
impact across communities
Create effective feedback loops from community members and iterate
on programming processes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of programming experience or content strategy in relevant
fields
Bachelor's degree in business, content, journalism, marketing, or a
related field
Direct experience working with creators or influencers
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance
metrics
