Insights Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a unified Voice of Customer (VoC) and market
insights strategy
Lead win/loss analysis and conduct in-depth competitive analysis to
identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into
actionable strategies for business growth
Required Qualifications
8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in competitive intelligence, market
research, or customer insights
Strong background in marketing automation or CRM industry
preferred
Experience with survey tools and competitive intelligence
platforms
Proficiency in data visualization tools and CRM analytics
Strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven insights
