Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Customer Success Manager for
the LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of enablement strategies for
Channel Partners
Develop scalable enablement programs for onboarding, training, and
post-launch support
Utilize data-driven insights to assess partner performance and
enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and Spanish
3+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Partner
Management, or Channel Management
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and partner enablement
strategies
Experience using data and performance metrics to adjust strategies
for partner success
Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales, channel teams,
and product teams
