Area Mechanic Technician - Kitchen at Walt Disney World Resort summary:
The Area Mechanic Technician - Kitchen is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing kitchen equipment, plumbing, and HVAC systems at Walt Disney World Parks and Resort. The role requires expertise in commercial kitchen repair, knowledge of CO2 systems, and the ability to work in elevated and confined spaces. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in standard office software.
The Area Mechanic - Kitchen Tech is more than just someone that knows the way around a kitchen. They troubleshoot, perform maintenance and/or operational procedures in all phases of plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, refrigeration work. Among many tasks, the Area Mechanic - Kitchen Tech must be able to repair soda and beer drink systems, repair commercial kitchen equipment, and know all about the plumbing trade. The field service position may include work from elevated platforms and confined spaces throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort property.

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $28.45 per hour.
