Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist,
SEM.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and enhance the paid search strategy to drive customer and
pro growth
Manage and optimize the SEM program across Google and Microsoft,
ensuring adherence to KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build automation and
scalable tools for ad campaigns
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising, with at least
2 years in SEM management
Proven track record of improving and scaling SEM campaigns through
testing and optimization
Experience managing relationships with a diverse portfolio of ad
vendors and partners
Ability to define and execute a 6-12 month roadmap with aggressive
milestones
Strong data analytics skills, including pivot tables and basic
modeling
