Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Liaison Email Mobile Marketing professional to manage email marketing initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Execute loyalty program communications, including build, QA, and deployment scheduling
Assist with analytics management and data interpretation to enhance marketing efforts
Support customer journey management and the implementation of email marketing technology roadmap

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's or associate degree
Salesforce Marketing Cloud email specialist certification
Minimum 4 years of experience in email marketing execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with Data Cloud and loyalty program management
Both client-side and agency experience preferred
