Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Collections Analyst to manage
accounts receivable processes and ensure timely recovery of
outstanding balances.
Key Responsibilities
Manage business-to-business collections, including correspondence
and phone calls for outstanding accounts receivable
Perform root cause analysis to identify issues causing payment
delays and develop actionable solutions
Conduct account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and ensure
billing accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field
3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections,
preferably in the IT software industry
Proficiency in accounting software systems such as Salesforce,
Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of billing functions and collection processes,
with experience in commercial collections
Proven analytical skills to identify root causes and develop
effective solutions
