Position Summary:*THIS IS A HOME HEALTH CARE POSITION ONLY AND REQUIRES TRAVEL TO PATIENTS' HOMES LOCATED IN THE CLERMONT, LEESBURG, AND THE VILLAGES AREAS (25 mile radius from Blue Cedar)*Hospital care at homeThe Orlando Health Hospital Care at Home program provides acute hospital-level care to adult patients in the comfort of their own homes, allowing nurses the unique opportunity to build relationships and connect one-on-one with their patients and their patients' families.
